A CHOICE FOR VOICE

 

We understand that the current financial climate is causing many of us to re-think the little luxuries in life. Please remember that PTA membership is far more than a little luxury.  PTA membership is a nominal fee with a huge benefit to our teachers, students, staff and campus.  The more representation we have from families like you, the louder the National PTA’s "voice" is with our legislators.  A $15.00 membership from every family at Muirlands is crucial to our representation on local, state and national levels when budget cuts are proposed and when education is not well prioritized. 

 

Sadly, only 25% of Muirlands parents have joined.  Let’s double that and give La Jolla's middle school kids their rightful “voice.”   For more information, please contact Lori Young, membership chair, at loriayoung@yahoo.com.
